Digital files: links will be "shipped" directly to your inbox once you place your order. Easy peasy!

 

Framed art + tees: Framed artwork and t-shirts will arrive in about 5 to 12 business days from 
order to delivery, including shipping time.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

Digital files: For digital downloads, all sales are final. Due the nature of digital downloads there is no way to return the file once it's been emailed to you. We want you to be happy with your final piece, so if you have specific questions about an item we highly recommend contacting us before you purchase. If there is an error on our part (for example, you receive the wrong file) then please do let us know and we will of course make that right!

 

Framed art: For framed artwork, returns and exchanges will be accepted only if damage has occurred to the piece during shipping. Contact us and we will work with you to replace your framed piece. Because each piece is custom framed, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. We want you to be happy with your final piece, so if you have specific questions about an item we highly recommend contacting us before you purchase. Tees: Return claims for sizing, damage, or defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received.


For any packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


If you notice an issue with the products, please email us at hello@humbleabodetld.com. Please submit photos of the damaged or defective item if that is the reason for return.


Please email hello@humbleabodetld.com before returning any products. If you are returning for refund or size exchange, you are liable to pay for return shipping to our warehouse. Once we receive the return/exchange, we can process the refund or exchange. All items returned for refund or exchange must be in resellable condition, meaning it has not been worn, washed, and still has all original tags attached.
